How To Make BBQ Chicken

Its not very hard to do BBQ.. I mean how hard it could be?

this are the things you need to prepare to do BBQ at your place.

* BBQ set (Grill)
* Meat (Chicken, Lamb, Fish, Beef, Sausages)
*Veg (Corn, Potato)
*Spices (to marinate)
*Oil
*Charcoal

Sausages, Marinated Chicken, Potato, Veg Meat
To do BBQ, we need to marinate the meat overnite. This is how i marinate chicken.

BBQ Chicken

* 2 Chicken (16 pieces)
* 1 Bottle BBQ sauce (Heinze, Life)
* 1 Medium size garlic
* 4 Lemon grass
* 6 Tablespoon of honey
* 1 Tablespoon Chilli Powder
* 1 Tablespoon Curry Powder
* 1 Teaspoon Black pepper
* 4 Clove Garlic
* 1/2 Lime

Mix all the ingredients with the chicken in a bowl. Then put it on zipper bag. Seal it properly. Put in the fridge overnite.

So simple. Actually its easy to marinate. Just add watever ingredients you like. Btw only you going to eat what. Be generous with the spices.

Ok, now the Grill. Put some charcoal and start the fire with charcoal firestarter (you can get it in ur local shop).

when the fire start to get bigger, then add more bigger pieces of charcoal. Make sure the flame is off, before youput the chicken. It because, the flame will burn your meat.
After a while, you can start to put the chicken. If you have potato, cover it with tinfoil and put it on longger frm the meat. It takes time to cook it properly.

Turn your meat frequently. It prevent your meat getting burn and cook evently.

That all. So simple... Try it yourself. do it with your freinds,relatives, family members... Its Fun.. Enjoy!

Happy Chinese New Year!

Let me explain about chinese new year in a simple way. Well, in chinese calendar they have 12 months which follow their lunisolar chinese calendar.Each year will follow their 12 years cycle of the animal zodiac. Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Sheep, Monkey, Roaster, Dog and Pig. For 2009 its a  Ox year.

Good Bye Rat(actually it a hamster; hehehe)!

Each animal zodiac represent something good.
(Ofcourse its good! who want to listen all the bad things...)
This Year (Ox) thought to be the sign of properity through fortitude and hard work.

What so special about chinese new year is the Lion Dance and the firecrackers..
There are few types of Lion Dance. Each colour of the lion represent different Regions and meanings.

This is Southern Lion are the ones we're more accuctomed to watching. They are energetic, with feline like behaviour.

"Qing She" or Green Faced Lion , is the most revered of all lio dances. It has a flat menancing face, and designed to look extremely cruel and ferocious. The Green lion can only be danced by the most skilled and dexterous of kungfu practioners.

Well This aint a Lion Dance from china Just a Lego (from china). But its a one of a kind.

Since this year is an Ox year so, dont eat beef lar...k?

Happy Chinese New Year! Gong Xi Fa Chai!

A Trip To Singapore

Singapore is a smallest country in southeast Asia. It is a cleanest country u can ever see on Asia. I'm From Malaysia went to Singapore to visit my brother. Actually it is a nice country. Friendly peoples (only some). The Food look Very Nice (taste not that nice). The road system is good (once you lost, that's it! You Die!). The Transport is very good (really good!). That's all to describe about Singapore....

OK, me and my family stat our journey early morning. Around 5.30am i start to drive from Seremban, Negeri Sembilan heading Singapore. Driving in early morning is nice; less Car, so you drive peacefully. Normally it take 3hr-4hr to reach Singapore.

When we reach at the checkpoint, it was jam (as usual). There were a lot of expensive cars n luxury cars that you cant see in Malaysia.

This car really surprise me. From all of the cars, this is really attractive! Maybe the car owner have the mou tiu (Don't give a fuck) spirit!

At the check point, the immigration officers (can't say workers) really work! That surprise me. Because, in Malaysia they wont work properly....(Malaysia Boleh!). After that i went to my brother house.When i park my car, i realised i bring a spider along with me..Hope the spider can survive at Singapore.

Then i stay two days over there. Actually nothing special in Singapore. The place is so advance. That's it. People walk like a robot. They wont make much noise... Ah...... in 1 word to describe is "BORING". when i was driving in Singapore the max speed that we can go is 90 KM/hr. WTF? No point you have Lancer, Subaru, Audi, Porshe, Mercs- SLR, Ferrari, Ford... Wasted man! And there were signboard everywhere. You can't DO this You can't DO that.... AH!!

I really don't know how they can survive.. After i get out from woodland check point i drive my car to 130 Km/hr.. aaaaaahhhhhhhh... What a relieve.

Singapore is the best country........ NOPE!!
I'm really sure about that. But It is a "Ok-Ok country ". That's it. If you really want to visit Singapore, you can visit; Singapore Zoo, Jurong bird Park, Night Safari, Sentosa Island, Orchard Road and so on... By the way you can travel by car the whole country in 1 day...

Padang

Padang (means field) is the capital and largest city of West Sumatra, Indonesia.Padang is divided in 11 subdistricts (kecamatan): Bungus Teluk Kabung, Koto Tangah, Kuranji, Lubuk Begalung, Lubuk Kilangan, Nanggalo, Padang Barat, Padang Selatan, Padang Timur, Padang Utara, Pauh.The city is served by the newly-opened Minangkabau International Airport in Ketaping, Padang Pariaman. Padang's Teluk Bayur harbor is the largest and busiest harbor on the west coast of Sumatra.

The cuisine of the Minangkabau people is commonly called Padang cuisine, due to it being the capital and largest city of the region. Padang restaurants are common throughout the country and are famous for their spicy food and their unique way of serving it. It is served in small portions of various dishes, but constituting, with rice, a complete meal. In a Padang-style restaurant, the table will quickly be set with dozens of small dishes filled with highly-flavored foods such as curried fish, fried tempeh, curried beef liver, fried chicken, and of course, sambals, the spicy sauces ubiquitous at Indonesian tables.

The best known Padang dish is rendang, a spicy meat stew. Soto Padang (crispy beef in spicy soup) is local residents' breakfast favorite, meanwhile Sate (beef satay in curry sauce served with ketupat) is a treat in the evening.
